  1. The document editor displays "undefined" even if the document contains a project with a real name (see screenshot)
  2. The document editor does not enable to link to a project (bug, see screenshot)

documents: fix projects typehead

* Fixes projects typehead in document editor by adding the label field to display in JSON schema.
* Closes #593.
