What is the purpose of this change? What does it change?
The
go.sumfile explodes in size when updating github.com/prometheus/client_golang from 1.17.0 to 1.18.0 #266 . Thus bump the Go version to 1.18 to avoid this.This also updates the CI to use Go 1.21.
