Merged, looks sensible to me (not a windows user, but I had a quick glance at the powershell docs). Thanks @arun6445, and sorry for taking so long to follow up on this PR. |

This fixes the format for hour and time format for the windows scheduled task created where there is potential for the random number generated is single digit.
