This adds monster entries for the Reskinned, and the Greater Reskinned Lich variant undead from Dungeon Fantasy RPG Monsters 2..
As with the Lich template, the exact skill and spell list is left to the GM, but I've taken the liberty of keeping the example Lich skills in addition to adding Disguise and suggested Social skills.
