This adds all artillery spells from GURPS Magic - Artillery Spells.
This doesn't include one-college Magery, but it's better than nothing.
The Self-Destruct spell is listed in the sidebar with multiple suggestions of how it could be handled, Adding Explode as a prerequisite is a suggestion for making it more restricted, but is easy for a GM to delete.
