Fixes the gazebo simulation #40

This commit fixes the gazebo simulation such that it works with the newest https://github.com/frankaemika/franka_ros branch. It does not yet use the https://github.com/frankaemika/franka_ros/tree/noetic-devel/franka_gazebo package that was added in v0.8.0.

This version currently uses effort_controllers instead of the previously used position_controllers. Before it is merged we should decide which controller we would like to use. If we want to use the effort controllers, the gripper PID gains need to be retuned.

This commit fixes the gazebo simulation such that it works with the
newest https://github.com/frankaemika/franka_ros branch. It does not yet
use the
https://github.com/frankaemika/franka_ros/tree/noetic-devel/franka_gazebo
package that was added in v0.8.0.
