Refactor into Alpine Linux for PHP 7.x, Debian remains for compatibility for PHP 5.x

Features:

• Refactored images for PHP 7.x, reduced their size a lot!
• Fixed PHP-FPM settings that were not correctly applied from environment variables

• Separated supervisor configurations for easier customization
• Enabled supervisor HTTP interface for monitoring
• Deleted rsyslog, not supported anymore
