Chrome 80 breaks HTML Import

As of version 80, Chrome no longer supports HTML import and thus breaks the IGAViewer functionality. Is it possible to rewrite it with other methods that does not need HTML import?

i do not do much polymer anymore, but there is igaviewer2, it is different but maybe you can add back things you want from first version ? I will add readme to igaviewer2 for controls
