Detailed description

More fixes to improve the reuse lint score.
Added copyrights are based on the git history of Rizin, Radare2, and Radare1.
@thestr4ng3r I removed old-school license information and license copy from the shlr/ptrace-wrap since it's already covered by SPDX and .reuse/dep5. Let me know if this OK for you.
