MolProbity is unfortunately dependent on legacy PHP code. Efforts to
upgrade the system are ongoing. In the meantime, I can provide
instructions for how to install a compatible version of PHP on Ubuntu.

sudo apt install software-properties-commo
sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:ondrej/php
sudo apt update
sudo apt list --upgradable
sudo aptitude install php5.6
php -v
