Transport Maps

Transport maps have replaced the KDE inference of the posterior conditional distribution in this new release. We also enhanced the code and documentation.

• Switched from using Scipy's kernel to Scikit-learn
• Automatic kernel bandwidth selection
• Multiple-observations feature (makes the BEL estimator fully compatible with Scikit-learn cross-validation features)
