Report a RCLL Referee Box Problem

To report a problem please first take a few steps to make sure it is not a problem on your end. Consider reading the short article How to Report Bugs Effectively to avoid common mistakes when reporting problems.

If you are uncertain if you have found a problem, reach out to the Technical Committee of the RCLL to discuss the issue and see if others had the problem before or knows otherwise how to solve the issue.

Then check the open refbox tickets whether your problem has already been reported. If so, use that ticket to report additional findings or request information about the status of the bug.

Finally, once you are certain that you have found a bug, file a ticket for the RCLL Refbox.
