At the current state the clock plugin publishes the Gazebo sim time on the /clock Yarp port, but it cannot be controlled externally (e.g. from Simulink) as it can be done with the clock plugin from https://github.com/robotology/gazebo-yarp-plugins/blob/master/plugins/clock/include/gazebo/Clock.hh
