This PR updates the ARM Keil project files so that both projects of AMCBLDC boards can work with version 1 and 2 of the motor HAL. Everything was successfully tested on a motor setup.
This change increases the version of 1.x of AMCBLDC, also because the mbdAgent also calls the thermal model tick.
The version 2.x of the AMCBLDC was updated in: 22dfc32.
