Editing decibels.md (#2309)

* properly format the URL for flathub.org
* properly reference the images from simply "images/" rather than "/gnome/images/"
* remove the HTML keyboard commands and replace them with the proper markdown equivalent
* properly format the admonition so that the content is within the admonition body, rather than outside of it
* fix screen shot reference that does not exist (leftover from a previous un merged project)
* resize first screen shot to get rid of information that is not needed
