I was looking for a solution to build a form dynamically with ionic, angularjs2, and typescript. The closest I could find is http://selmanh.github.io/angularjs-form-builder/#/. So I took a fork of it and created one with ionic/angularjs2 & typescript. It is available at https://github.com/rohitg7/ionic2-form-builder.
