delete-old-commentsis priceless as it keeps PR threads nice and clean.However it still spams our emails once we push to open PRs.
This PR tries to remedy that.
Introduces
update_commentwhich can replacedelete-old-comments, I left it not to break.Intoduces
comment_prepend,comment_appendinput for customizing the comment a bitI haven't added an option to update a commit comment because it seems weird to me.
