Added the helm chart and the readme.
There were modifications that were needed for the Dockerfile in order for it to work well with Kubernetes. This should not impact it working locally. A couple other callouts is that this needs to pull an image from a image repository. I have pushed out one to my personal for now. We should probably look at creating a docker image using github actions on an automated basis. I believe there is also a vapi repo on Docker Hub which probably makes sense for it to be there. I can update the pr if that image gets updated. I can also potentially help with getting automated images built and pushed to vapi.
