folder names containing spaces break configure/build/install #375

Folder names containing spaces break configure/build/install. The space can appear in various places: workspace, build, devel and install path.

Best way to discover these issues (also in downstream packages) is to create the workspace folder with a space and in the name run the build with:
catkin_make --source "sou rce" --build "bu ild" -DCATKIN_DEVEL_PREFIX="pwd/de vel" -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="pwd/in stall" install

With all these patches base ros configures, builds and installs fine with spaces in every imaginable folder...
