With the exception of the rolling-on-focal which as the name indicates will continue running on Focal.

Broadly these are the changes that have thus far been made:

  • Update build target from focal to jammy. 188014e
  • Remove ROS 1 repository from configurations since there is none for jammy. e0692ad
  • Drop the installation and configuration of ROS Noetic packages. 25f8f8a
  • Update the environment variable used to find RTI Connext. 6963e1f

rti_connext_dds_cmake_module prioritizes CONNEXTDDS_DIR over NDDSHOME
and the ROS 2 Ubuntu Jammy repository contains RTI Connext DDS 6.0.1.

LGTM, should address the issues with the rolling connext job.
