Currently RPCs which return a single value are
suspendfunctions, it probably makes sense to be consistent, making all service functionssuspend. This also allows certain natural implementations other than using theproducefunction. In my case, my service function is calling to anothersuspendfunction which returns aReceiveChannel,mapis then used to transform the results from that channel into gRPC response objects.
