As mentioned in #69, the spec requires that PSK bundles either have both
pskandpsk_idempty or both nonempty. This check is not currently performed in this crate.I figure the best way to fix this is to make it impossible to construct a
PskBundlewithout doing validation. The fields are no longer public. It's not possible to retrieve the fields anymore, but I'm not sure anyone was using that. Maybe avoid adding getters unless someone complains?@gendx how does htis look?
