Upgrades all the deps except focus-options-polyfill

Removes as dep:

Removes as dev deps:

  • prettier
  • husky
  • lint-staged
  • postCSS & autoprefixer
  • other unused dependencies

This component is not accessible at the moment (so, so sorry — I know what needs doing, but the time...), but this adds an aria-label to the modal, as axe-core demands it.

Note to self: stop committing the docs/ and handle this in a GitHub action to push to GH pages.
