The process to set up the test suite locally is quite complex, so I think the project would benefit from some documentation on this matter. - Originally suggested [here](rpush#446 (comment)). - Heavily inspired on [Paperclip](https://github.com/thoughtbot/paperclip/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md)'s docs (kudos) - Even I ran into some trouble setting it up this time, but will add a separate issue related to that.
