HDMI not working properly #72
Comments
Hey domlazz do you still have this issue and can you try taking some logs. I have two LG TVs at home and its working for me so I cannot debug ;( |
Yes. Do I just turn on LogCat and give you what comes out? By the way, you're doing great work. Thanks. I owe you a donation. Dominic On Jun 20, 2012, at 4:08 AM, Borkatareply@reply.github.com wrote:

Sorry, I'm not a programmer. Do I type those as commands somewhere? Like in a command line window? I'm on Windows. Any specifics would be helpful. Dominic On Jun 20, 2012, at 6:10 AM, Borkatareply@reply.github.com wrote:

Ok. I have used a LogCat program on my Adam directly. Will that work for this purpose? Dominic On Jun 20, 2012, at 6:33 AM, Borkatareply@reply.github.com wrote:

It should be ok. |
Here are 2 logs. The earlier one was through my Pioneer Receiver. No sound at all. The later one is directly into my Samsung tv. There is some sound, but it starts and stops and is very poor quality sound. On both versions, the picture is very jittery and Adam slows way down. When I unplug the HDMI cable from Adam, the sound through speakers is fine and Adam behaves normally. Let me know if you need more, Dominic Borkata reply@reply.github.com wrote:

Unfortunately I cannot see something wrong :( I have to find a device to test myself. |
Thanks for trying anyway. Dominic On Jun 21, 2012, at 12:28 AM, Borkatareply@reply.github.com wrote:

When I connect my Adam to my TV directly, I get really garbled sound. When I connect it to my home theater receiver, I get no sound at all. I've had no issues with the Froyo ROMS with the same connections. Others have commented on this in the thread as well.
