Add ĉĝĥĵŝŭ characters to fonts

(Note: I'm not completely satisfied with how I've constructed Ŭ in these by just taking Û and flipping the circumflex, it looks more like Ǔ, but it's legible. If somebody better at font editing wants to pick it up, that would be awesome.)

The file 'fonts/Florante/Nyek! License.txt' seems to be pretty permissive for Florante.

I think that since all these fonts have been used already it's not a huge deal, but I would prefer on the whole to use only fonts with clear and libre licensing terms, because in theory at least the lack of a license or a license that does not explicitly allow derivative works could be a problem. I certainly woudn't use code under these terms in any project I published.
