refactor: case -> ifthenelse in Agent.hs
which are already declared in package.yaml
added type signatures for top-level bindings and stuff
- using DMCC.Prelude everywhere where it's needed - added Control.Monad.Logger to DMCC.Prelude (it was there but haven't been exported) - fixed some warnings
stack lts minor update: 11.6->11.7
docs: Add CHANGELOG
TLS is mandatory now It was never used anyways and `connectTo` is now deprecated in network-2.8.0.0
