… `RefuteEmpty` Fixes rubocop#150. This PR fixes a false positive for `Minitest/AssertEmpty` and `RefuteEmpty` cops when using `empty` method with any arguments.

This PR fixes a false positive for
Minitest/AssertEmptyandRefuteEmptycops when usingemptymethod with any arguments.Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:

bundle exec rake default. It executes all tests and RuboCop for itself, and generates the documentation.
