Bad chars on home/end/del

Description

I'm upgrading an application to ruby 3.1 and when I press any of the home/end/delete characters on the keyboard irb doesn't respect that and it shows some "random" characters instead:

The same app under ruby 3.0 with reline 0.2.5 works correctly. I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall ruby 3.1 (I use rbenv)

#434 → would likely fix the delete key

#433 → will very likely fix all these keys

Also, check out this note in the downstream irb issue: ruby/irb#330 (comment)

TL;DR at least part of the problem is probably Konsole sending the wrong codes for those keys for the specified TERM, so you might be able to fix at least Home and End if you can tweak the key mappings.

Once #433 is merged it should fix everything and you likely won't need to override any key mappings, because that PR fixes the code to work like it used to by recognizing a bunch of different common key combinations.
