Link to the (comprehensive) vulns list in English should be easier to find

The list of known vulnerabilities are NOT comprehensive in several languages (perhaps except in English).
For example, CVE-2021-28966 is not listed in Japanese, Chinese, and French, as far as I looked up. This would be just because the translation into those languages is not up-to-date, and keeping translating is perhaps too hard.

So how about putting a link to the English page, which should be most comprehensive, at the top of the vulnerabilities list in non-English languages, with a link like this:

This might not be a comprehensive list of the vulnerabilities. See the English page for the more comprehensive and up-to-date list.

(Of course in their local language)

Without this link I got confused especially when reading the Japanese page, which looked up-to-date at a first glance.
