Actually GitHub Pages wouldn't work, since they override markdown with rdiscount. All of the inline styles would not render correctly. Looks like my fork is temporarily coupled with kramdown. |
I think you do not have to use the automatic page generation. Shouldn't it work when you push only the generated html and not the markdown? |
