The org would like to have a report of shifts for each work site.

I was picturing this as an optional select control on the signatures report page that would allow the report to be restricted to a given work site.

I'm assuming that only active work sites should be selectable for this report. @glazomaniac: please let me know if that's not the case. Thanks.
