Why?

When testing various things (specifically the packs), we have often had to go and add an item category to the partner group 1 so that we could test behaviour.

Details

Please add to the seed a partner group, "Group 2", that has all the item categories.
Please also add a new partner with the following characteristics: Name: Second Street Community Outreach, Group: Group 2, status: approved, email: approved_2@example.com.

Criteria for completion

• Group and partner added as above.
• Partner signon added to the seed.

@lit-poks Just to Pawnee Diaper Bank, thanks! The other bank that is currently in the system is specifically configured as a brand new bank. We use it for testing behaviours around bank on-boarding.
