Add Stepper inside initial Dialogs

It will be a little more explicit the steps to find the serial port, how to upload the firmware, change of permissions on the serial ports at home if you can not read.

• Add Stepper inside the initial dialog of the ReadFlash view
• Hide Wizard dialogs
• Create short gifs of processes, maybe infinite animated css - ReadFlashView
• Enable dialogs by default on first boot.
• Add some shorcuts descriptions.
• • Execute scan with ENTER
• • Open change dialog with SPACE ?
• Add Stepper inside the initial dialog of the FlashFirmware view
• Add a step on the dialog that allows to change the permissions on the ports
• Create short gifs of processes, maybe infinite animated css - FlashEspView
  

The actual Dialog is this, but the Stepper should be inside.
