Hot fix: Shorten description to 250 chars

Hi @nicolas-trouin,
sorry, I had to change this in the last minute, because I only noticed at that time that AMO limits the short add-on description to 250 characters.

It would be great, if you could adjust it properly/try to fit all the original content into 250 characters. I can update the AMO listing at any time.

Already added a note to prevent this in the future in TinyWebEx/common@a2a5999.

You have cut the line perfectly. I would just add one space before the "!" ^^

Well yes, but anyway I would prefer if the original content would still be kept in the translation. Maybe you can shorten some unimportant stuff or so, but keep all the original points it mentions.
