Compiler "ccache cc" is not handled correctly

With 0.03_02 Build.PL fails on my FreeBSD box with the following error:

Can't exec "ccache cc": No such file or directory at inc/My/Build/BSD.pm line 43.

@eserte, thanks for reporting this. I see this also in your smoke tester's report. This is my attempt to identify whether your system's ucontext.h file is accessed via #include <sys/ucontext.h> or simply #include <ucontext.h>. I tried to automate the detection process by building a small C program and compiling it, but it appears that my attempt to compile those programs is failing. In particular, it looks like this is failing because of whitespace issues. Apparently Perl's configuration expects the compiler "name" to be parsed by a shell, or at least split on whitespace.

I think I've addressed this with 0ff1037. Can you pull and let me know if it works?
