Describe the bug
Viz save confirmation dialog hardcoded in chinese. After a viz is saved and imported into a dashboard, modifying the viz from the dashboard would prompt save confirmation. The dialog is in chinese.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Dialog should support selected language.
