It seems like the IELE semantics CI is so far behind trunk K that it will be difficult to get it working properly. |

@dwightguth If you're happy with 4.8.15 for type inference, this can be reviewed now that the downstream semantics have had their respective changes merged. |

This PR bumps the version of Z3 used by K to
4.8.15, and updates the documentation accordingly.Can be reviewed, but should not be merged until the downstream semantics are tested using the new version:
