Description of the problem:

let f = File::open("hello.txt").expect("Failed to open hello.txt");

"expect failed to open hello.txt" confused me. Are we expecting a failure?

Suggested fix:

let f = File::open("hello.txt").expect("Succeed to open hello.txt");

Or explain this API design more.
