This adds two impls:

impl<R: AsyncWrite> AsyncWrite for BufReader<R>
impl<W: AsyncRead> AsyncRead for BufWriter<W>

The motivation is that you often want to do something like: BufReader::new(BufWriter::new(socket)).


          Implement AsyncRead for BufWriter and vice versa
