Summary:
CodeViewDebug::lowerTypeMemberFunction used to default to a Void
return type if the function's type array was empty. After D54667, it
started blindly indexing the 0th item for the return type, which fails
in getOperand for empty arrays if assertions are enabled.

This patch restores the Void return type for empty type arrays, and
adds a test generated by Rust in line-only debuginfo mode.

The extra ELF symbols are there due to Annobin (I did not investigate why this
problem happened specifically since F-30 and not since F-28).

It is due to:

GDB has some more complicated preferences between overlapping and/or sharing
address symbols, I have made here so far the most simple fix for this case.

…DWARF optimizing part.

Summary:
This is the next portion of patches for dsymutil.

Create DwarfEmitter interface to generate all debug info tables.
Put DwarfEmitter into DwarfLinker library and make tools/dsymutil/DwarfStreamer
to be child of DwarfEmitter.

It passes check-all testing. MD5 checksum for clang .dSYM bundle matches
for the dsymutil with/without that patch.

Summary:
Previously `AtosSymbolizer` would set the PID to examine in the
constructor which is called early on during sanitizer init. This can
lead to incorrect behaviour in the case of a fork() because if the
symbolizer is launched in the child it will be told examine the parent
process rather than the child.

To fix this the PID is determined just before the symbolizer is
launched.

A test case is included that triggers the buggy behaviour that existed
prior to this patch. The test observes the PID that `atos` was called
on. It also examines the symbolized stacktrace. Prior to this patch
`atos` failed to symbolize the stacktrace giving output that looked
like...

```
  #0 0x100fc3bb5 in __sanitizer_print_stack_trace asan_stack.cpp:86
  #1 0x10490dd36 in PrintStack+0x56 (/path/to/print-stack-trace-in-code-loaded-after-fork.cpp.tmp_shared_lib.dylib:x86_64+0xd36)
  rust-lang#2 0x100f6f986 in main+0x4a6 (/path/to/print-stack-trace-in-code-loaded-after-fork.cpp.tmp_loader:x86_64+0x100001986)
  rust-lang#3 0x7fff714f1cc8 in start+0x0 (/usr/lib/system/libdyld.dylib:x86_64+0x1acc8)
```

After this patch stackframes `#1` and `rust-lang#2` are fully symbolized.

This patch is also a pre-requisite refactor for rdar://problem/58789439.

Since G_ICMP can be selected to a SUBS, we can fold shifts into such compares.

E.g.

```
cmp	w1, w0, lsl rust-lang#3
cmp	w1, w0, lsr rust-lang#3
cmp	w1, w0, asr rust-lang#3
```

This is done the same way as for adds and subtracts, using
`selectShiftedRegister`.

This gives some minor code size savings on CTMark.

Summary:
The previous code tries to strip out parentheses and anything in between
them. I'm guessing the idea here was to try to drop any listed arguments
for the function being symbolized. Unfortunately this approach is broken
in several ways.

* Templated functions may contain parentheses. The existing approach
messes up these names.
* In C++ argument types are part of a function's signature for the
purposes of overloading so removing them could be confusing.

Fix this simply by not trying to adjust the function name that comes
from `atos`.

A test case is included.

Without the change the test case produced output like:

```
WRITE of size 4 at 0x6060000001a0 thread T0
Note how the symbol names for the frames are messed up (e.g. rust-lang#8, #1).
The following bpf linux kernel selftest failed with latest
llvm:
  $ ./test_progs -n 7/10
  ...
  The sequence of 8193 jumps is too complex.
  verification time 126272 usec
  stack depth 320
  processed 114799 insns (limit 1000000)
  test_bpf_verif_scale:FAIL:110
  rust-lang#7/10 pyperf600_nounroll.o:FAIL
  rust-lang#7 bpf_verif_scale:FAIL
After some investigation, I found the following llvm patch
  https://reviews.llvm.org/D84108
is responsible. The patch disabled hoisting common instructions
in SimplifyCFG by default. Later on, the code changes and a
SimplifyCFG phase with hoisting on cannot do the work any more.
A test is provided to demonstrate the problem.
The IR before simplifyCFG looks like:
  for.cond:
    %i.0 = phi i32 [ 0, %entry ], [ %inc, %for.inc ]
    %cmp = icmp ult i32 %i.0, 6
    br i1 %cmp, label %for.body, label %for.cond.cleanup
  for.cond.cleanup:
    %2 = load i8*, i8** %frame_ptr, align 8, !tbaa !2
    %cmp2 = icmp eq i8* %2, null
    %conv = zext i1 %cmp2 to i32
    call void @llvm.lifetime.end.p0i8(i64 8, i8* nonnull %1) rust-lang#3
    call void @llvm.lifetime.end.p0i8(i64 8, i8* nonnull %0) rust-lang#3
    ret i32 %conv
  for.body:
    %3 = load i8*, i8** %frame_ptr, align 8, !tbaa !2
    %tobool.not = icmp eq i8* %3, null
    br i1 %tobool.not, label %for.inc, label %land.lhs.true
The first two insns of `for.cond.cleanup` and `for.body`, load and
icmp, can be hoisted to `for.cond` block. With Patch D84108, the
optimization is delayed. But unfortunately, later on loop rotation
added addition phi nodes to `for.body` and hoisting cannot
be done any more.
Note such a hoisting is beneficial to bpf programs as
bpf verifier does path sensitive analysis and verification.
The hoisting preverts reloading from stack which will assume
conservative value and increase exploited insns. In this case,
it caused verifier failure.
To fix this problem, I added an IR pass from bpf target
to performance additional simplifycfg with hoisting common inst
enabled.
When `Target::GetEntryPointAddress()` calls `exe_module->GetObjectFile()->GetEntryPointAddress()`, and the returned
`entry_addr` is valid, it can immediately be returned.
However, just before that, an `llvm::Error` value has been setup, but in this case it is not consumed before returning, like is done further below in the function.
In https://bugs.freebsd.org/248745 we got a bug report for this, where a very simple test case aborts and dumps core:
CXXDeductionGuideDecl with a local typedef has its own copy of the
TypedefDecl with the CXXDeductionGuideDecl as the DeclContext of that
TypedefDecl.
```
      template <typename T> struct A {
        typedef T U;
        A(U, T);
      };
      A a{(int)0, (int)0};
```
Related discussion on cfe-dev:
Without this fix, when we import the CXXDeductionGuideDecl (via
VisitFunctionDecl) then before creating the Decl we must import the
FunctionType. However, the first parameter's type is the afore mentioned
local typedef. So, we then start importing the TypedefDecl whose
DeclContext is the CXXDeductionGuideDecl itself. The infinite loop is
formed.
The fix is to first create the TypedefDecl and only then start to import
the DeclContext.
Basically, we could do this during the import of all other Decls (not
just for typedefs). But it seems, there is only one another AST
construct that has a similar cycle: a struct defined as a function
parameter:
```
int struct_in_proto(struct data_t{int a;int b;} *d);

```
In that case, however, we had decided to return simply with an error
back then because that seemed to be a very rare construct.
Somewhat surprisingly, signature help is emitted as a side-effect of
computing the expected type of a function argument.
The reason is that both actions require enumerating the possible
function signatures and running partial overload resolution, and doing
this twice would be wasteful and complicated.
Change #1: document this, it's subtle :-)
However, sometimes we need to compute the expected type without having
reached the code completion cursor yet - in particular to allow
completion of designators.
eb4ab33 did this but introduced a
regression - it emits signature help in the wrong location as a side-effect.
Change rust-lang#2: only emit signature help if the code completion cursor was reached.
Currently there is PP.isCodeCompletionReached(), but we can't use it
because it's set *after* running code completion.
It'd be nice to set this implicitly when the completion token is lexed,
but ConsumeCodeCompletionToken() makes this complicated.
Change rust-lang#3: call cutOffParsing() *first* when seeing a completion token.
After this, the fact that the Sema::Produce*SignatureHelp() functions
are even more confusing, as they only sometimes do that.
I don't want to rename them in this patch as it's another large
mechanical change, but we should soon.
Change rust-lang#4: prepare to rename ProduceSignatureHelp() to GuessArgumentType() etc.
Use profiled call edges to augment the top-down order. There are cases that the top-down order computed based on the static call graph doesn't reflect real execution order. For example:
1. Incomplete static call graph due to unknown indirect call targets. Adjusting the order by considering indirect call edges from the profile can enable the inlining of indirect call targets by allowing the caller processed before them.
2. Mutual call edges in an SCC. The static processing order computed for an SCC may not reflect the call contexts in the context-sensitive profile, thus may cause potential inlining to be overlooked. The function order in one SCC is being adjusted to a top-down order based on the profile to favor more inlining.
3. Transitive indirect call edges due to inlining. When a callee function is inlined into into a caller function in LTO prelink, every call edge originated from the callee will be transferred to the caller. If any of the transferred edges is indirect, the original profiled indirect edge, even if considered, would not enforce a top-down order from the caller to the potential indirect call target in LTO postlink since the inlined callee is gone from the static call graph.
4. rust-lang#3 can happen even for direct call targets, due to functions defined in header files. Header functions, when included into source files, are defined multiple times but only one definition survives due to ODR. Therefore, the LTO prelink inlining done on those dropped definitions can be useless based on a local file scope. More importantly, the inlinee, once fully inlined to a to-be-dropped inliner, will have no profile to consume when its outlined version is compiled. This can lead to a profile-less prelink compilation for the outlined version of the inlinee function which may be called from external modules. while this isn't easy to fix, we rely on the postlink AutoFDO pipeline to optimize the inlinee. Since the survived copy of the inliner (defined in headers) can be inlined in its local scope in prelink, it may not exist in the merged IR in postlink, and we'll need the profiled call edges to enforce a top-down order for the rest of the functions.
Considering those cases, a profiled call graph completely independent of the static call graph is constructed based on profile data, where function objects are not even needed to handle case rust-lang#3 and case 4.
I'm seeing an average 0.4% perf win out of SPEC2017. For certain benchmark such as Xalanbmk and GCC, the win is bigger, above 2%.
The change is an enhancement to https://reviews.llvm.org/D95988.
SUMMARY: MemorySanitizer: use-of-uninitialized-value
llvm-project/libc/src/__support/CPP/string_view.h:41:11 in length
What's going on here is that mempcpy_test.cpp's Simple test is using
ASSERT_STREQ with a partially initialized char array. ASSERT_STREQ calls
Test::testStrEq which constructs a cpp:string_view. That constructor
calls the
private method cpp::string_view::length. When built with msan, the loop
is
transformed into multi-byte access, which then fails upon access.
I took a look at libc++'s __constexpr_strlen which just calls
__builtin_strlen(). Replacing the implementation of
cpp::string_view::length
with a call to __builtin_strlen() may still result in out of bounds
access when
the test is built with msan.
It's not safe to use ASSERT_STREQ with a partially initialized array.
Initialize the whole array so that the test passes.
Change the currently selected thread.
Syntax: thread select <cmd-options> <thread-index>
Command Options Usage:
  thread select [-t] <thread-index>
       -t ( --thread_id )
            Provide a thread ID instead of a thread index.
     This command takes options and free-form arguments.  If your arguments
     resemble option specifiers (i.e., they start with a - or --), you must use
     ' -- ' between the end of the command options and the beginning of the
     arguments.
Judging by the backtrace something is trying to read the pointer authentication address/code mask
registers. This explains why I've not seen this issue locally, as the buildbot runs on Graviton
3 with has the pointer authentication extension.
I will try to reproduce, fix and re-enable the test.
When shl is folded in compare instruction, a miscompilation occurs when
the CMP instruction is also sign-extended. For the following IR:
  %op3 = shl i8 %op2, 3
  %tmp3 = icmp eq i8 %tmp2, %op3
It used to generate
   cmp w8, w9, sxtb rust-lang#3
which means sign extend w9, shift left by 3, and then compare with the
value in w8. However, the original intention of the IR would require
`%op2` to first shift left before extending the operands in the
comparison operation . Moreover, if sign extension is used instead of
zero extension, the sample test would miscompile. This PR creates a fix
for the issue, more specifically to not fold the left shift into the CMP
instruction, and to create a zero-extended value rather than a
sign-extended value.
The concurrent tests all do a pthread_join at the end, and
concurrent_base.py stops after that pthread_join and sanity checks that
only 1 thread is running. On macOS, after pthread_join() has completed,
there can be an extra thread still running which is completing the
details of that task asynchronously; this causes testsuite failures.
When this happens, we see the second thread is in
there are none of the functions from the test file present on this
thread.
In this patch, instead of counting the number of threads, I iterate over
the threads looking for functions from our test file (by name) and only
count threads that have at least one of them.
It's a lower frequency failure than the darwin kernel bug causing an
extra step instruction mach exception when hardware
breakpoint/watchpoints are used, but once I fixed that, this came up as
the next most common failure for these tests.
TestCases/Misc/Linux/sigaction.cpp fails because dlsym() may call malloc
on failure. And then the wrapped malloc appears to access thread local
storage using global dynamic accesses, thus calling
___interceptor___tls_get_addr, before REAL(__tls_get_addr) has
been set, so we get a crash inside ___interceptor___tls_get_addr. For
example, this can happen when looking up __isoc23_scanf which might not
exist in some libcs.
Fix this by marking the thread local variable accessed inside the
debug checks as "initial-exec", which does not require __tls_get_addr.
This is probably a better alternative to llvm#83886.
This fixes a different crash but is related to llvm#46204.
…ined member functions & member function templates (llvm#88963)
Consider the following snippet from the discussion of CWG2847 on the core reflector:
```
template<typename T>
concept C = sizeof(T) <= sizeof(long);

template<typename T>
struct A
{
    template<typename U>
    void f(U) requires C<U>; // #1, declares a function template

    void g() requires C<T>; // rust-lang#2, declares a function

    template<>
    void f(char); // rust-lang#3, an explicit specialization of a function template that declares a function
};

template<>
template<typename U>
void A<short>::f(U) requires C<U>; // rust-lang#4, an explicit specialization of a function template that declares a function template

template<>
template<>
void A<int>::f(int); // rust-lang#5, an explicit specialization of a function template that declares a function

template<>
void A<long>::g(); // rust-lang#6, an explicit specialization of a function that declares a function
```
A number of problems exist:
- Clang rejects `rust-lang#4` because the trailing _requires-clause_ has `U`
substituted with the wrong template parameter depth when
`Sema::AreConstraintExpressionsEqual` is called to determine whether it
matches the trailing _requires-clause_ of the implicitly instantiated
function template.
- Clang rejects `rust-lang#5` because the function template specialization
instantiated from `A<int>::f` has a trailing _requires-clause_, but `rust-lang#5`
does not (nor can it have one as it isn't a templated function).
- Clang rejects `rust-lang#6` for the same reasons it rejects `rust-lang#5`.
This patch resolves these issues by making the following changes:
- To fix `rust-lang#4`, `Sema::AreConstraintExpressionsEqual` is passed
`FunctionTemplateDecl`s when comparing the trailing _requires-clauses_
of `rust-lang#4` and the function template instantiated from `#1`.
- To fix `rust-lang#5` and `rust-lang#6`, the trailing _requires-clauses_ are not compared
for explicit specializations that declare functions.
In addition to these changes, `CheckMemberSpecialization` now considers
constraint satisfaction/constraint partial ordering when determining
which member function is specialized by an explicit specialization of a
member function for an implicit instantiation of a class template (we
previously would select the first function that has the same type as the
explicit specialization). With constraints taken under consideration, we
match EDG's behavior for these declarations.
…erSize (llvm#67657)"
This reverts commit f0b3654.
This commit triggers UB by reading an uninitialized variable.
`UP.PartialThreshold` is used uninitialized in `getUnrollingPreferences()` when
it is called from `LoopVectorizationPlanner::executePlan()`. In this case the
`UP` variable is created on the stack and its fields are not initialized.
The best way to fix this is to inform `RewriteExprTree` to clear flags
of the whole expr tree when weight reduction happens.
But I find that weight reduction based on Carmichael number never
happens in practice.
I think it would be better to drop `IncorporateWeight`.
rust-lang#3) (llvm#93315)
The ThreadLocalCache implementation is used by the MLIRContext (among
other things) to try to manage thread contention in the StorageUniquers.
There is a bunch of fancy shared pointer/weak pointer setups that
basically keeps everything alive across threads at the right time, but a
huge bottleneck is the `weak_ptr::lock` call inside the `::get` method.
This is because the `lock` method has to hit the atomic refcount several
times, and this is bottlenecking performance across many threads.
However, all this is doing is checking whether the storage is
initialized. Importantly, when the `PerThreadInstance` goes out of
scope, it does not remove all of its associated entries from the
thread-local hash map (it contains dangling `PerThreadInstance *` keys).
The `weak_ptr` also allows the thread local cache to synchronize with
the `PerThreadInstance`'s destruction:
1. if `ThreadLocalCache` destructs, the `weak_ptr`s that reference its
contained values are immediately invalidated
2. if `CacheType` destructs within a thread, any entries still live are
removed from the owning `PerThreadInstance`, and it locks the `weak_ptr`
first to ensure it's kept alive long enough for the removal.
This PR changes the TLC entries to contain a `shared_ptr<ValueT*>` and a
`weak_ptr<PerInstanceState>`. It gives the `PerInstanceState` entries a
`weak_ptr<ValueT*>` on top of the `unique_ptr<ValueT>`. This enables
`ThreadLocalCache::get` to check if the value is initialized by
dereferencing the `shared_ptr<ValueT*>` and check if the contained
pointer is null. When `PerInstanceState` destructs, the values inside
the TLC are written to nullptr. The TLC uses the
`weak_ptr<PerInstanceState>` to satisfy (2).
(1) is no longer the case. When `ThreadLocalCache` begins destruction,
the `weak_ptr<PerInstanceState>` are invalidated, but not the
`shared_ptr<ValueT*>`. This is OK: because the overall object is being
destroyed, `::get` cannot get called and because the
`shared_ptr<PerInstanceState>` finishes destruction before freeing the
pointer, it cannot get reallocated to another `ThreadLocalCache` during
destruction. I.e. the values inside the TLC associated with a
`PerInstanceState` cannot be read during destruction. The most important
thing is to make sure destruction of the TLC doesn't race with the
destructor of `PerInstanceState`. Because `PerInstanceState` carries
`weak_ptr` references into the TLC, we guarantee to not have any
use-after-frees.
This test is currently flaky on a local Windows amd64 build. The reason
is that it relies on the order of `process.threads` but this order is
nondeterministic:
If we print lldb's inputs and outputs while running, we can see that the
breakpoints are always being set correctly, and always being hit:
```sh
runCmd: breakpoint set -f "main.c" -l 2
output: Breakpoint 1: where = a.out`func_inner + 1 at main.c:2:9, address = 0x0000000140001001

runCmd: breakpoint set -f "main.c" -l 7
output: Breakpoint 2: where = a.out`main + 17 at main.c:7:5, address = 0x0000000140001021

runCmd: run
output: Process 52328 launched: 'C:\workspace\llvm-project\llvm\build\lldb-test-build.noindex\functionalities\unwind\zeroth_frame\TestZerothFrame.test_dwarf\a.out' (x86_64)
Process 52328 stopped
* thread #1, stop reason = breakpoint 1.1
    frame #0: 0x00007ff68f6b1001 a.out`func_inner at main.c:2:9
   1    void func_inner() {
-> 2        int a = 1;  // Set breakpoint 1 here
                ^
   3    }
   4
   5    int main() {
   6        func_inner();
   7        return 0; // Set breakpoint 2 here
```
However, sometimes the backtrace printed in this test shows that the
process is stopped inside NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory from
`ntdll.dll`:
```sh
Backtrace at the first breakpoint:
frame #0: 0x00007ffecc7b3bf4 ntdll.dll`NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory + 20
frame #1: 0x00007ffecc74585e ntdll.dll`RtlClearThreadWorkOnBehalfTicket + 862
frame rust-lang#2: 0x00007ffecc3e257d kernel32.dll`BaseThreadInitThunk + 29
frame rust-lang#3: 0x00007ffecc76af28 ntdll.dll`RtlUserThreadStart + 40
```
When this happens, the test fails with an assertion error that the
stopped thread's zeroth frame's current line number does not match the
expected line number. This is because the test is looking at the wrong
thread: `process.threads[0]`.
If we print the list of threads each time the test is run, we notice
that threads are sometimes in a different order, within
`process.threads`:
```sh
Thread 0: thread rust-lang#4: tid = 0x9c38, 0x00007ffecc7b3bf4 ntdll.dll`NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory + 20
Thread 1: thread rust-lang#2: tid = 0xa950, 0x00007ffecc7b3bf4 ntdll.dll`NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory + 20
Thread 2: thread #1: tid = 0xab18, 0x00007ff64bc81001 a.out`func_inner at main.c:2:9, stop reason = breakpoint 1.1
Thread 3: thread rust-lang#3: tid = 0xc514, 0x00007ffecc7b3bf4 ntdll.dll`NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory + 20

Thread 0: thread rust-lang#3: tid = 0x018c, 0x00007ffecc7b3bf4 ntdll.dll`NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory + 20
Thread 1: thread #1: tid = 0x85c8, 0x00007ff7130c1001 a.out`func_inner at main.c:2:9, stop reason = breakpoint 1.1
Thread 2: thread rust-lang#2: tid = 0xf344, 0x00007ffecc7b3bf4 ntdll.dll`NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory + 20
Thread 3: thread rust-lang#4: tid = 0x6a50, 0x00007ffecc7b3bf4 ntdll.dll`NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory + 20
```
Use `self.thread()` to consistently select the correct thread, instead.
…izations of function templates to USRGenerator (llvm#98027)
Given the following:
```
template<typename T>
struct A
{
    void f(int); // #1

    template<typename U>
    void f(U); // rust-lang#2

    template<>
    void f<int>(int); // rust-lang#3
};
```
Clang will generate the same USR for `#1` and `rust-lang#2`. This patch fixes the
issue by including the template arguments of dependent class scope
explicit specializations in their USRs.
This patch adds a frame recognizer for Clang's
`__builtin_verbose_trap`, which behaves like a
`__builtin_trap`, but emits a failure-reason string into debug-info in
order for debuggers to display
it to a user.
The frame recognizer triggers when we encounter
a frame with a function name that begins with
`__clang_trap_msg`, which is the magic prefix
Clang emits into debug-info for verbose traps.
Once such frame is encountered we display the
frame function name as the `Stop Reason` and display that frame to the
user.
Example output:
```
(lldb) run

…104523)

Compilers and language runtimes often use helper functions that are
fundamentally uninteresting when debugging anything but the
compiler/runtime itself. This patch introduces a user-extensible
mechanism that allows for these frames to be hidden from backtraces and
automatically skipped over when navigating the stack with `up` and
`down`.

This does not affect the numbering of frames, so `f <N>` will still
provide access to the hidden frames. The `bt` output will also print a
hint that frames have been hidden.

My primary motivation for this feature is to hide thunks in the Swift
programming language, but I'm including an example recognizer for
`std::function::operator()` that I wished for myself many times while
debugging LLDB.

rdar://126629381

Example output. (Yes, my proof-of-concept recognizer could hide even
more frames if we had a method that returned the function name without
the return type or I used something that isn't based off regex, but it's
really only meant as an example).

Backtrace stopped: previous frame identical to this frame (corrupt stack?)
```
It turns out that this happens in tests using `internal_fork` (e.g.
invoking `llvm-symbolizer`): unlike most other Linux targets, which use
`clone`, Linux/sparc64 has to use `__fork` instead. While `clone`
doesn't trigger `pthread_atfork` handlers, `__fork` obviously does,
causing the hang.
To avoid this, this patch disables `InstallAtForkHandler` and lets the
ASan tests run to completion.
Tested on `sparc64-unknown-linux-gnu`.
…ext is not fully initialized (llvm#110481)
As this comment around target initialization implies:
```
  // This can be NULL if we don't know anything about the architecture or if
  // the target for an architecture isn't enabled in the llvm/clang that we
  // built
```
There are cases where we might fail to call `InitBuiltinTypes` when
creating the backing `ASTContext` for a `TypeSystemClang`. If that
happens, the builtins `QualType`s, e.g., `VoidPtrTy`/`IntTy`/etc., are
not initialized and dereferencing them as we do in
`GetBuiltinTypeForEncodingAndBitSize` (and other places) will lead to
nullptr-dereferences. Example backtrace:
```

This patch adds a one-time user-visible warning for when we fail to
initialize the AST to indicate that initialization went wrong for the
given target. Additionally, we add checks for whether one of the
`ASTContext` `QualType`s is invalid before dereferencing any builtin
types.

The warning would look as follows:
```
warning: Failed to initialize builtin ASTContext types for target 'some-unknown-triple'. Printing variables may behave unexpectedly.
…ates explicitly specialized for an implicitly instantiated class template specialization (llvm#113464)
Consider the following:
```
template<typename T>
struct A {
  template<typename U>
  struct B {
    static constexpr int x = 0; // #1
  };

  template<typename U>
  struct B<U*> {
    static constexpr int x = 1; // rust-lang#2
  };
};

template<>
template<typename U>
struct A<long>::B {
  static constexpr int x = 2; // rust-lang#3
};

static_assert(A<short>::B<int>::y == 0); // uses #1
static_assert(A<short>::B<int*>::y == 1); // uses rust-lang#2

static_assert(A<long>::B<int>::y == 2); // uses rust-lang#3
static_assert(A<long>::B<int*>::y == 2); // uses rust-lang#3
```
According to [temp.spec.partial.member] p2:
> If the primary member template is explicitly specialized for a given
(implicit) specialization of the enclosing class template, the partial
specializations of the member template are ignored for this
specialization of the enclosing class template.
If a partial specialization of the member template is explicitly
specialized for a given (implicit) specialization of the enclosing class
template, the primary member template and its other partial
specializations are still considered for this specialization of the
enclosing class template.
The example above fails to compile because we currently don't implement
[temp.spec.partial.member] p2. This patch implements the wording, fixing llvm#51051.
… depobj construct (llvm#114221)
A codegen crash is occurring when a depend object was initialized with
omp_all_memory in the depobj directive.
llvm#114214
The root cause of issue looks to be the improper handling of the
dependency list when omp_all_memory was specified.
The change introduces the use of OMPTaskDataTy to manage dependencies.
The buildDependences function is called to construct the dependency
list, and the list is iterated over to emit and store the dependencies.
Reduced Test Case :
```
#include <omp.h>

int main()

{ omp_depend_t obj; #pragma omp depobj(obj) depend(inout: omp_all_memory) }
```
…onger cause a crash (llvm#116569)
This PR fixes a bug introduced by llvm#110199, which causes any half float
argument to crash the compiler on MIPS64.
Currently compiling this bit of code with `llc -mtriple=mips64`:
```
define void @half_args(half %a) nounwind {

        ret void
}
```
Crashes with the following log:
```

This is caused by the fact that after the change, `f16`s are no longer
lowered as `f32`s in calls.

Two possible fixes are available:
- Update calling conventions to properly support passing `f16` as
integers.
- Update `useFPRegsForHalfType()` to return `true` so that `f16` are
still kept in `f32` registers, as before llvm#110199.

This PR implements the first solution to not introduce any more ABI
changes as llvm#110199 already did.

As of what is the correct ABI for halfs, I don't think there is a
correct answer. GCC doesn't support halfs on MIPS, and I couldn't find
any information on old MIPS ABI manuals either.

…abort (llvm#117603)

Hey guys, I found that Flang's built-in ABORT function is incomplete
when I was using it. Compared with gfortran's ABORT (which can both
abort and print out a backtrace), flang's ABORT implementation lacks the
function of printing out a backtrace. This feature is essential for
debugging and understanding the call stack at the failure point.

To solve this problem, I completed the "// TODO:" of the abort function,
and then implemented an additional built-in function BACKTRACE for
flang. After a brief reading of the relevant source code, I used
backtrace and backtrace_symbols in "execinfo.h" to quickly implement
this. But since I used the above two functions directly, my
implementation is slightly different from gfortran's implementation (in
the output, the function call stack before main is additionally output,
and the function line number is missing). In addition, since I used the
above two functions, I did not need to add -g to embed debug information
into the ELF file, but needed -rdynamic to ensure that the symbols are
added to the dynamic symbol table (so that the function name will be
printed out).

Here is a comparison of the output between gfortran 's backtrace and my
implementation:
gfortran's implemention output:

  integer :: testfun2

  err = testfun2()
end subroutine testfun1

program test_backtrace
  call testfun1()

I am well aware of the importance of line numbers, so I am now working
on implementing line numbers (by parsing DWARF information) and
supporting cross-platform (Windows) support.
