flash header to beta.rust-lang.org is transparent #1246
Description
The new flash header added to link to beta.rust-lang.org is transparent and sometimes causes the underlying text to fade. I tried fiddling with CSS but I am not able to fix it for a PR but thought to report here. I tried it on Firefox nightly and Chrome. Attached a screenshot.
