Cannot go to definition for crates and rust-src #712

Hello,

I'm working with rls and rls-vscode on a project, everything's working except the fact that I can't go to extern crates ans rust-src's definitions

PS: In the defbug log, rust_analysis never check on rust-src and extern crates

Should be able to jump into crates, but not around, that is tracked in #rls-vscode/897
