This is a steering issue -- it documents our roadmap for the next six weeks!

The overall theme of the sprint is zero type mismatches on rust-analyzer repository.

• Tracking issue: Fix remaining type mismatches in rust-analyzer repo #8961 get to 0 type mismatches on the RA repo
• Expand attribute-like proc macros #8971 expand attribute proc macros, pre-requisite for type errors
• Completion should take <16ms most of the time #7542 completion performance
• Implement server-side completion sorting and filtering #7935 completion relevance
• Tracking issue: Completions showing up in places where they shouldn't #8518 irrelevant completions

Results:

• check-box wise, progress is not great, but each of the issuse contains checkboxes itself, and there's huge progress there
• we accumulated a backlog of broken windows,
• we did a lot of maintenance work besides the mentioned items -- testing infra is overhauled for many areas, we have new diagnostics API, we fixed a bunch of accidentally O(N^2) issues
