Disclaimer: I don't actually expect this to be merged. I just wanted it to make it easy to upgrade if you want to.

f060727 should be exactly the same diff as running cargo fix --edition from the master branch. The second commit actually switches over to 2018 edition.

This looks fine, as long as it doesn't regress the MSRV (and I think it doesn't).
