cargo-clippy should support RUSTUP environment values

When using rustup, the environment gets RUSTUP_HOME and RUSTUP_TOOLCHAIN instead of the former multirust names. It would be nice if the new cargo-clippy recognized these alternatives.

It does still work if SYSROOT is manually set during cargo install clippy, of course.
