rustdoc: copy version number when click

Just a small suggestion, adding an option, when click on the version, version number got copied, it's easier for people to paste into Cargo.toml.

In general we already have that feature, only on our crate-page:

Do you mean the version number in the sidebar? That's generated by rustdoc not docs.rs, if so I can transfer the issue over.
