Tracking Issue for Rust 2024: rustfmt closure body braces

This is a tracking issue for correcting an issue in rustfmt around the usage of braces for closure bodies containing multi-line control flow expressions. This is needed to support the Style Edition 2024 which is expected to be released with Rust 2024.
