Summary

The external link to https://131002.net/siphash/ that one can find on the struct SipHasher docs redirects to https://www.aumasson.jp/ which, while apparently about cryptography, doesn't speak of siphash directly. There is a page where siphash is mentioned, but following the siphash link on that page lands on a single-link page that points to the SipHash github.
