More Strings Guide links to nonexistent "String API documentation"

The end of the More Strings Guide has two dead links to API Documentation. It's possible these are meant for the str and struct String docs, but it would be more helpful to have a curated list of methods useful for String programming, like those from String, StrExt, and CharExt.
